Executive Recruiting Consultants in the United States seeks a Production Manager to lead an Nebraska-based manufacturing facility's production operations and drive lean improvement across multiple areas. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while optimizing assembly processes.

The role focuses on coaching production leaders, managing KPIs and budgets, and collaborating with Engineering and Quality to reduce scrap and downtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery goals across multiple manufacturing areas.
• Plan, schedule, and optimize assembly operations using lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles to maximize efficiency and capacity.
• Develop, coach, and mentor production leaders and employees while ensuring effective training and performance management.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), production metrics, budgets, and labor utilization to drive operational excellence and cost improvements.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to resolve production issues, improve processes, and reduce scrap, rework, and downtime.
• Support changing customer demand by maintaining production flexibility and implementing process improvements that enhance overall manufacturing performance.

• $90,000 - $120,000 +
• Bonuses of $5,000 - $10,0000
• Monday – Thursday (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
