Are you a hands‑on manufacturing leader with a passion for operational excellence, team development, and continuous improvement? We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in a regulated production environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily production activities to achieve production goals and KPIs.
• Drive safety, quality, and GMP compliance across manufacturing operations.
• Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives, Kaizen events, and continuous improvement activities.
• Coach and develop production associates to maximize performance and engagement.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams including Quality, EHS, Maintenance, and Operations.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, ISO, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage inventory transactions and material flow using ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year of manufacturing experience OR
• Associate degree with 5+ years of manufacturing experience OR
• High School Diploma with 10+ years of manufacturing experience and at least 2 years of leadership experience.
