Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations on the production floor, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while meeting targets. The role requires coordinating teams, monitoring workflows, and enforcing health and safety regulations in a fast-paced poultry facility.

The position is on the 1st shift and reports to the Plant Operations Team, with a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration across departments to optimize throughput and cost control.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years supervisory experience with leadership of 20+ employees preferred.
• Skills: Clear communication, independent decisions, basic computer use, multitasking.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Production Supervisor

In this key role, you'll serve as the frontline leader overseeing daily operations within our poultry production facility. You'll ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards for safety, qualityassurance, and efficiency. Based primarily on the production floor, you'll coordinate teamduties, monitor equipment and workflow, and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also requires agility to respond to operational issues in real time, helping maintain a productive and well-functioning workplace.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

What You’ll Need

• Education:High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in related field preferred.
• Experience:1 or more years of previous supervisory experiencewith leadership skills of 20+ employees preferred.Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Skills:Effective communication both orally and in writing, capable of independent decision making, must have basic computer knowledge,ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
