Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a frontline supervisor to oversee daily operations on the poultry production floor. You will ensure production targets are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency, coordinating team duties, monitoring equipment, and enforcing health and safety regulations.

You will respond to real-time operations issues, lead a team of 20+ employees, provide training, give feedback, and collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement and a safe, productive

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree in related field preferred.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience leading 20+ employees; poultry or food industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities; basic computer skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

The role also requires agility to respond to operational issues in real time, helping maintain a productive and well-functioning workplace.

What You’ll Need

• Education:High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in related field preferred.
• Experience:1or more years of previoussupervisory experiencewith leadership skills of 20+employees preferred.Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Effective communication both orally and in writing, capable of independentdecision making, must have basic computer knowledge,ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
