Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Fresh Plant (Breast Debone) to lead daily poultry production operations on the floor. You will ensure safety, quality and efficiency while coordinating tasks, monitoring equipment and workflow, and enforcing health and safety regulations.

Night shift availability is required. You will train staff, organize resources, evaluate performance, and drive continuous improvement across departments.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 1+ years supervisory experience with leadership of 20+ employees preferred.
• Effective communication, ability to make independent decisions, basic computer knowledge, ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Production Supervisor - Fresh Plant (Breast Debone)

In this key role, you'll serve as the frontline leader overseeing daily operations within our poultry production facility. You'll ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards for safety, quality assurance, and efficiency. Based primarily on the production floor, you'll coordinate team duties, monitor equipment and workflow, and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also requires agility to respond to operational issues in real time, helping maintain a productive and well-functioning workplace. Must be willing to work night shift!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

What You’ll Need

• Education: High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in related field preferred.
• Experience: 1 or more years of previous supervisory experience with leadership skills of 20+ employees preferred. Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Skills: Effective communication both orally and in writing, capable of independent decision making, must have basic computer knowledge, ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
