We are seeking an experienced Production Crew Supervisor to lead frontline manufacturing teams in a heavy industrial production environment. This role is responsible for supervising daily operations, driving a strong safety culture, and ensuring production goals are achieved through efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective execution.

The ideal candidate brings hands‑on leadership experience from high‑pace, industrial manufacturing operations and has a proven ability to motivate teams, improve processes, and deliver results in safety‑critical environments.

What You’ll Do
  • Supervise and lead production crews in a heavy industrial manufacturing setting
  • Drive a proactive safety culture by setting expectations and leading by example
  • Plan, organize, and execute daily production activities to meet shift, department, and business objectives
  • Coach, mentor, and develop hourly production teammates to build strong, engaged teams
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, uptime, throughput, and cost control
  • Ensure consistent execution of production processes to achieve high output, high quality, and low operating costs
  • Analyze production performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain clear communication across shifts and with maintenance, quality, and operations leadership
  • Foster teamwork, accountability, and a results‑driven production environment
Required Qualifications
  • 5–10 years of experience in heavy industrial manufacturing, including high‑volume or continuous production operations
  • 3+ years of experience supervising or leading production teams
  • Ability and willingness to work a rotating schedule, including days, nights, and 12‑hour shifts
  • Strong leadership, decision‑making, and team‑building skills
  • Advanced organizational, time management, and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with threading, high‑frequency welding, galvanizing, or similar industrial processes
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
