Role Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, manage production schedules, supervise staff, and enforce safety protocols.
• Monitor equipment maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Manage raw material deliveries, inventory, and optimize production processes.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments for seamless operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Preferred undergraduate degree.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience, including team building, mentoring, and follow-through.
• Knowledge of concrete industry production management or similar.
• Experience with large machinery, infrastructure construction, and shipping/fulfillment.
• Leadership skills to direct, develop, and inspire teams, with problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and ability to listen and instruct clearly.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.
• Ability to interpret plans, blueprints, and manuals.
• Mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills for diagnostics and problem-solving.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dedication.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 5-10% for work-related purposes.
