The Supervisor will be responsible for:

• Supervision of hourly employees and scheduling of labor.
• Ensuring safety, quality, housekeeping, and production activities and objectives are met.
• Ensuring all equipment and materials necessary for effective and safe job performance are in place.
• Responsibilities include quality, production, safety, cost control, and employee relations.
• Performing any additional reasonable requests deemed necessary by management.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree Required

Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a union environment

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Working knowledge of a unionized workforce desired.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• High sense of urgency.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
