Role / Title

The Production Supervisor is a key member of the plant leadership team, responsible for managing daily manufacturing operations for an assigned area and shift. Under the direction of the Business Unit Manager, this role aims to deliver business results and operational improvements.

Primary Responsibilities

This role involves achieving objectives related to productivity, efficiency, customer service, cost, quality, safety, and employee engagement. The supervisor provides leadership, development, and support to direct reports, promotes safety programs, fosters sound labor relations, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in Business, Food Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• 1+ years in manufacturing (preferred)
• Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor large teams
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Accountability, consistency, follow-through skills
• Effective collaboration with plant personnel from hourly employees to senior management

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $77,800 - $97,300. Eligible for performance-based bonus. Benefits include healthcare, retirement plans, wellbeing programs, and more, tailored to meet employee needs.
