Kelly Services, on behalf of a rapidly growing manufacturer, seeks three Production Supervisors for Franklin, KY. These direct-hire roles offer a competitive benefits package and a $75,000 annual salary plus bonus. Two night shifts (2-2-3) and one day shift (2-2-3) are available with no rotation.

The Production Supervisor will lead hourly staff, drive safety and quality, and manage projects from start to finish in a fast-paced facility. Onsite resources support a productive workplace.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and train production employees.

These are direct hire roles, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit, vacation, and compensation package.

Details:

• Two night shift openings and one day shift opening (no shift rotation)

• 7:00 pm to 7:00 am on a 2-2-3 schedule (two openings)

• 7:00 am to 7:00 pm on a 2-2-3 schedule (one opening)

• Pay: $75,000 annually plus bonus
