The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in education or related field, 3+ years of manufacturing training or supervision, and experience with LMS platforms and training documentation. OSHA/lean Six Sigma knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, industrial management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing training or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of adult learning, LMS platforms, and training documentation.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Preferred: Lean, Six Sigma, or similar certification; familiarity with OSHA training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs and manage onboarding, ongoing, and refresher programs.
• Lead and support a training specialist; deliver hands-on training and certifications.
• Track training effectiveness, maintain records, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner with department leaders to align training with operational goals.
• Update training SOPs and audit coverage and quality across shifts.
