Shift: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Starting Pay: $73,130 annually

Position Summary

The Production Supervisor provides leadership and oversight for daily manufacturing operations, ensuring a safe, productive, and quality-focused work environment. This role supports production teams, drives continuous improvement initiatives, coaches employees, and helps achieve operational goals.

Education & Experience

• Technical degree and 2+ years of related experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior manufacturing industry experience preferred.
