Job summary

The Gund Company in Euless, TX is hiring a Process Engineer I to design and optimize manufacturing processes on the production floor. You’ll work with engineering and operations teams to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and cost performance, using Lean and Kaizen methodologies, CAD tools, and data-driven problem solving.

You’ll gain hands-on exposure to equipment and advanced manufacturing processes, contributing to projects that deliver measurable savings and real-world impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• 2-3 years of manufacturing engineering experience preferred.
• CAD or SolidWorks experience required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint requested.

What We’re Looking For
