Job summary

The Gund Company in Euless, TX is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure safety, quality, and production goals, and drive continuous improvement.

This role reports to operations leadership, partners with production teams to coach employees, read drawings and blueprints, and align with our commitment to safety and customer outcomes. Shift Mon-Thu, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; starting pay $73,130 annually.

Position Summary

The Production Supervisor provides leadership and oversight for daily manufacturing operations, ensuring a safe, productive, and quality-focused work environment. This role supports production teams, drives continuous improvement initiatives, coaches employees, and helps achieve operational goals.

Education & Experience

• Prior manufacturing industry experience preferred.
