General Shale Brick, Inc., the nation’s leading manufacturer of brick and masonry products, is seeking a Production Supervisor for our manufacturing facility at Arriscraft in Fort Valley, GA.

Responsibilities will include:

1. Motivating and directing employees to ensure compliance with production and quality goals, safety policies, and company rules.
2. Coordinating maintenance repair work and ensuring equipment is kept in proper working condition.
3. Using problem-solving and critical thinking techniques to improve process and safety issues.
4. Organizing production schedules to ensure the maximum utilization of equipment and personnel.
5. Ensuring production inventory accuracy through periodic physical counts and adjustment requests.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technology, Business Administration, or related fields, or a minimum of five years of manufacturing supervision experience in lieu of a degree.
• Excellent communication skills, computer literacy, and mechanical aptitude.
• The desire and ability to grow within the company.
