Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve plant goals
• Foster positive relationships with hourly production team members through engagement, mentoring, and training
• Manage daily production schedules and ensure consistent workflow, adjusting resources as needed
• Ensure safety by identifying and correcting safety issues, conducting training and audits, and investigating incidents
• Achieving quality goals by reviewing standards and processes, and recommending improvements
• Support plant leadership with recommendations for improving production methods, equipment, and safety conditions

Qualifications
