Job description

We are searching for a full time, direct hire Production Supervisor for second or third shift for our customer in the Greater Dubois area, PA

You will

• Be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all production activities within the Press, Secondary Finish, and Sintering Departments.
• Communicate daily to next shift management the following:
  • a) Any information necessary to ensure product quality and delivery
  • b) Suggestions for training, documentation, or standards to ensure employee competence, morale, safety, and productivity
  • c) Significant events during the absence of first shift management
• Pursue continuous improvement opportunities
• Assist Quality Assurance and Engineering to disposition non-conforming product
• Maintain safe and clean work areas at all times

You will have

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience in a manufacturing environment, with direct supervision of up to 25 production employees.
• Must be computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A technical or business degree preferred.
