Join to apply for the Production Supervisor role at Kerry.

This position is for 2nd shift, from 2pm to 10:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the production schedule efficiently during the 2nd shift.
  • Develop and maintain effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with site engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Manage the production department budget.
  • Collaborate with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) officer to ensure a safe workplace.
  • Ensure products are manufactured to specification and minimize losses.
  • Monitor and manage performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Minimum Requirements
  • A four-year degree preferred in engineering, food technology, or business.
  • 2 to 5 years' experience in a food plant or related industry; leadership experience is desirable.
  • Experience with SAP is preferred.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodology.
