Job Location: Edgerton, KS
Shift - 3rd shift after training, working 5pm - 5am, either Sun - Tues/Wed or Wed/Thurs - Sat

Summary:

The Production Supervisor oversees daily operations of processing and packaging on the production floor for their shift. They direct employees to ensure procedures are followed and drive safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities include:

• Following SOPs and SSOPs for product quality
• Using productivity software for accurate production tracking
• Adhering to FDA, OSHA, and Food Safety regulations
• Managing day-to-day operations to meet customer expectations
• Ensuring production output and quality
• Communicating effectively with team leads and staff
• Coaching team members, conducting performance reviews, and participating in hiring
• Maintaining equipment and systems
• Managing inventory with high accuracy
• Minimizing waste points
• Attending meetings and training
• Following safety rules and company policies
• Representing the company professionally
• Participating in training to develop skills
• Maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and management
• Performing other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience:

• Managerial experience in manufacturing
• High School diploma or GED
• Familiarity with industry equipment
• Knowledge of OSHA, FDA, inventory, and stewardship processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; SAP is a plus
