Midland Garage Door in Eden Prairie, MN seeks a Production Supervisor for day shift. Lead a production team, assign work, set priorities, and ensure daily goals are met to deliver quality products on time.

We require 5+ years in manufacturing with 3+ years of direct people leadership. A High School Diploma or GED is required. This role emphasizes safety, coaching, and process improvement with opportunities for overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality, safety, inventory, and equipment to maintain an efficient and compliant operation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and continuously improve processes.
• Review production documentation, employee timecards, and department records for accuracy.

Production Supervisor

Day Shift: 7:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday Starting Wage: $75,000-$85,000/Year DOE Occasional overtime and weekend shifts

Essential Duties:

1. Lead and support a production team by assigning work, setting priorities, and ensuring daily production goals are met.
2. Coordinate production schedules, workflow, and order completion to deliver quality products on time.
3. Coach, develop, and hold employees accountable through training, performance feedback, and recognition.
4. Monitor quality, safety, inventory, and equipment to maintain an efficient and compliant operation.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and continuously improve processes.
6. Review production documentation, employee timecards, and department records for accuracy.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED required. 5+ years of manufacturing experience and 3+ years of direct people leading experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential responsibilities and duties as listed above.
