Lead and motivate hourly teams to hit production and logistics targets across shifts

Maintain top-tier standards in quality, food safety, and site security

Champion safety, compliance, and sustainability programs daily

Run production lines in compliance with FDA, GMP, HACCP/SQF standards

Resolve operational issues and own shift performance

Communicate priorities and manage shift changes effectively

Train, coach, and develop team members at all levels

Implement Lean Manufacturing principles with the Operations Manager

2+ years of experience in manufacturing or food production; bachelor’s degree preferred

Skilled in process, packaging, and mechanical systems

Comfortable leading teams and communicating across departments

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP systems

Solid understanding of GMP principles and food safety protocols

Self-motivated with excellent time management and problem-solving skills
