Production Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate hourly teams to hit production and logistics targets across shifts
• Maintain top-tier standards in quality, food safety, and site security
• Champion safety, compliance, and sustainability programs daily
• Run production lines in compliance with FDA, GMP, HACCP/SQF standards
• Resolve operational issues and own shift performance
• Communicate priorities and manage shift changes effectively
• Train, coach, and develop team members at all levels
• Implement Lean Manufacturing principles with the Operations Manager
  
  

Production Supervisor Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or food production; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Skilled in process, packaging, and mechanical systems
• Comfortable leading teams and communicating across departments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP systems
• Solid understanding of GMP principles and food safety protocols
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and problem-solving skills
