Job summary

VVI Staffing Consultants recruits for a production supervisor at a Global Manufacturer with a long history. You will manage production operations, supervise personnel, and ensure targets are met while upholding quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have manufacturing and supervisory experience and training in Lean Manufacturing, GMP, or Continuous Improvement. The company offers a competitive salary with an annual bonus, day-one medical benefits, generous PTO, robust retirement

Responsibilities

• Manage production operations including personnel.

• Ensure accurate raw materials are available to meet production schedule.
• Utilize problem solving techniques to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate with shipping to meet customer timelines.
• Support maintenance on equipment issues and preventative maintenance procedures
