Job summary

Cellofoam North America Inc. in Georgia is seeking a production supervisor with 1–3 years of manufacturing management experience. The role focuses on leading production lines, ensuring safety and quality, and coaching team members.

Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Responsibilities include supervising equipment setup, monitoring production, completing shift reports, and collaborating with other departments to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or equivalent leadership manufacturing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead, direct and train others on assigned tasks.
• Support and optimize production output to drive continuous improvement.
• Mechanical knowledge of machinery and tools; able to use measuring devices.
• Quality control skills with ability to conduct tests/inspections.
• Troubleshooting to identify and resolve operating issues.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and verify equipment setup prior to start of a production run.
• Monitor operations and record operational data.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Coach, develop, and discipline employees as needed.
