We are hiring a Production Supervisor to oversee NMP operations at our Commerce, GA facility. This role is critical in managing daily production activities—including MES recording, packaging, loading/unloading, inventory control, and workforce supervision—for solvent materials used in the battery electrode coating process.

Key Responsibilities

MES & Production Data Management

• Record and monitor production activity in the MES system
• Track NMP inventory and ensure data accuracy
• Oversee NMP packaging and outbound shipping (drums/tankers)
• Manage inbound C-NMP material collection, unloading, and pretreatment
• Supervise YARD operations for storage and classification (low/high boiling, waste, moisture-separated materials)

Workforce Supervision

• Direct and support on-site outsourced workers
• Provide training in forklift operation, on-site procedures, and safety protocols

Inventory & Equipment Oversight

• Conduct weekly stock inspections and generate inventory reports
• Manage materials such as hoses, gaskets, valves, and cleaning tools for shipping operations
• Order and track tools and consumables used in the NMP production process

Reboiler Support

• Assist with tower reboiler tasks and related NMP processing activities

Qualifications

• Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish)
• Previous experience in manufacturing, especially in loading, unloading, and packaging operations
• Strong leadership, safety awareness, and hands-on problem-solving skills
