Job summary

Pro Staff in Claycomo, MO is seeking a Production Supervisor for a temporary, fully onsite role. The candidate will lead hourly production teams, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and oversee production scheduling and continuous improvement initiatives.

The position requires supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work rotating shifts with overtime. Familiarity with lean principles and manufacturing operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience and/or manufacturing experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work rotating schedules, including afternoons, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Experience in manufacturing operations, production processes, lean principles, or continuous improvement is preferred.
• Ability to remain professional and effective in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
