Adecco Search is actively recruiting for a Production Supervisor in Falconer, NY. Our client is a global leader in the production of packaging solutions and is adding a dynamic, results-oriented Production Supervisor to their growing team. The Production Supervisor will supervise and coordinate activities of production employees in manufacturing operations. This role offers medical, dental, and 401K benefits. The Production Supervisor will report directly to the Production Manager. Compensation includes a base salary, excellent benefits, 401K, and room for advancement.

Job Duties for the Production Supervisor in Falconer, NY:

• Maintain a positive work environment by cooperating with management and coworkers.
• Review production orders or schedules to check product data.
• Inspect products to verify production quality matches the quality plan specifications and adjust corrugated equipment when needed.
• Enforce safety, company policies, and regulations set up by management.
• Resolve worker grievances or confer with the Production Manager on unresolved grievances for action.
• Conduct employee disciplinary actions as needed.
• Approve and schedule all employee vacation requests.
• Document all employee accidents reported and follow OSHA and HR procedures.
• Train new, permanent employees in manufacturing, safety, and quality procedures.
• Resolve production and employee-related issues in the plant daily.

Job Requirements for the Production Supervisor in Falconer, NY:

• Associate's Degree or equivalent with 4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong Microsoft skills.
• ERP experience.
• Ability to lead and develop teams.
• Ability to collaborate across the organization.
• Previous packaging or corrugated experience is a plus.
