Now, we’re launching something new: a 2nd shift at our Chambersburg facility. We’re looking for a Production Supervisor who’s ready to step in, get hands-on, and help build this shift from the ground up. About The Role

You’ll start by training on Day Shift, then transition into full responsibility for leading the 2nd Shift team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, supporting team development, and owning results in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a newly formed 2nd shift production team, setting clear expectations and building skills
• Oversee the full production process from raw ingredients to packaged snacks, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
• Manage production schedules, allocate resources, and respond to real-time challenges to maintain workflow
• Build and maintain a positive team culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Maintain accurate documentation, track performance metrics, and drive improvements through data-based decision making
  
  

What You Bring

• Proven experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment (food industry preferred)
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a hands-on, high-energy setting with frequent movement and lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Comfort with shift work, spreadsheets, documentation, and time-sensitive decision making
• Spanish/English bilingual ability is a plus, but not required
  
  

Schedule and Location

• Training on Day Shift, then transition to 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – approximately Midnight)
• Based at our Chambersburg, PA facility
