Oldcastle APG, part of CRH, seeks a shift supervisor to oversee a production team on the assigned shift. This role will drive production goals, monitor machinery performance, and enforce safety and quality standards on a regular basis.
The ideal candidate has prior team-lead experience in manufacturing, can train operators on forklift, bobcat and loader use, and is physically able to lift up to 50 pounds while working in varied environmental conditions.
