Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Supervisory experience in Manufacturing.
• Supervisory experience in a Machining and Fabrication environment with high mix preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead/supervise manufacturing operations for machine tools and assembly.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate activities to fulfill orders and inventory needs.
• Supervise hiring, retention, performance reviews, and discipline.
• Manage attendance, timekeeping, and department priorities.
• Coach employees, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Investigate root causes of safety incidents and production problems.
• Lead VOC quality investigations and corrective actions.
