Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee assembly, inspection, material handling and packaging operations onsite. You will lead a 20-member team and coordinate with cross-functional partners to meet production, quality and safety goals.

In this 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00 am–2:30 pm), you will manage scheduling, timecards, training, performance, and hiring activities while driving production plans and metrics across daily and monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of production, manufacturing, operations, or related transferable experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience leading, supervising, or coordinating the work of employees in a manufacturing or operations environment.

• Monitor and drive performance against key metrics related to safety, quality, productivity, downtime, waste, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

*1st Shift Monday-Friday 6 am-2:30 pm*

What You Will Need

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Minimum 4 years of production, manufacturing, operations, or related transferable experience.

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading, supervising, or coordinating the work of employees in a manufacturing or operations environment.

Preferred:

• Experience supervising manufacturing employees in a regulated industry.

• Experience using production planning, manufacturing, or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

• Experience monitoring and improving operational metrics such as productivity, downtime, waste, quality, or schedule attainment.

• Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, or related continuous improvement training or certification.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, or Finance.

United States of America Pay Ranges:

$116,100 - $193,400 USD Annual
