Omni One is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor for the 1st shift in the Bluffton area. You will lead production associates and frontline leaders to meet daily goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include coaching and training, driving safety and quality, improving processes, and performing root-cause analysis when issues arise.

Qualifications

• Previous production supervision experience in a manufacturing facility, ideally automotive
• Experience with presses is a plus
• Hands-on ability

Our client is a team-oriented, fast-paced manufacturer that is growing again! They are in need of a hands-on Production Supervisor to join their team on 1st shift.
