Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts/Science (BA/BS) required.
• 2–3 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Food manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong motivation, organization, time management, documentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts and 5S tools; Six Sigma training a plus.
• Ability to demonstrate strong work ethics.
