SUMMARY
The Production Superintendent supervises and directs plant operations in the most efficient manner to produce quality products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervision is exercised over Production employees, both directly and indirectly through subordinate supervisors. Works under Company policies and procedures on a day-to-day basis with limited supervision.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
COMPUTER SKILLS
Possess basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and schematics. Ability to write reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to identify trends and develop action plans to address issues.
