You will recruit and coach a high-performing team, align production with merchandising, and collaborate with retail leadership on inventory and donor processing while maintaining a positive culture.

Qualifikationen

• Three+ years of progressive leadership experience in production, warehouse, retail, manufacturing, or operations.
• Experience leading teams, managing production performance, and developing associates.
• Knowledge of inventory management, production planning, quality standards, and workplace safety.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop production staff.
• Ensure merchandise meets quality, pricing, and inventory standards.
• Lead safety initiatives and donor processing operations.
