Job summary

KARM Stores is seeking a Key Holder and Team Lead to coordinate daily production, donation flow, and team activities on site. You will guide multiple processing stations, ensure quality and safety, and support staff to meet operational goals while upholding the mission and values of KARM Stores.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous production, warehouse, retail, or processing experience preferred.
• Leadership or shift lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily donation flow by coordinating team activities and maintaining organized production areas.
• Oversee production activities: sorting, pricing, processing and preparing merchandise to company standards.
• Provide guidance across multiple processing stations and ensure quality and safety.
• Coordinate daily workflow to meet production goals and manage priorities based on donation volume and staffing.
• Serve as production lead during assigned shifts, promote safety, and support with operational issues.
