KARM Stores in Chattanooga, TN, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager of Production to lead daily operations, build a skilled team, and sustain safety, quality, and inventory flow to support store sales and mission. This role offers Sundays off and room for career growth.

You will recruit and coach a high-performing team, align production with merchandising, and collaborate with retail leadership on inventory and donor processing while maintaining a positive culture.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of progressive leadership experience in production, warehouse, retail, manufacturing, or operations.
• Experience leading teams, managing production performance, and developing associates.
• Knowledge of inventory management, production planning, quality standards, and workplace safety.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requires regular closing and weekend shifts.
