Job summary

MS Companies is seeking a motivated and dependable Contingent Employee to support operations within the fast-paced automotive manufacturing industry. This entry-level, temporary-to-hire position offers a pathway to long-term opportunities based on performance, attendance, and business needs.

Position involves supporting production, quality, and warehouse operations, with hours being 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM and potential overtime. Incentives include a $150 sign-on bonus and a $100 referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, including understanding and following detailed verbal instructions
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or automotive experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing, warehouse, and production operations within customer facilities
• Assist with moving materials, products, and inventory throughout the worksite
• Assemble, sort, inspect, and/or package parts using hand tools, fixtures, or equipment as needed
• Read and follow work instructions, customer orders, and production specifications
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Maintain consistent attendance and arrive on time as scheduled
• Adhere to all company policies, client requirements, and safety regulations
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
