Job summary

MS Companies is seeking a motivated Contingent Employee to support automotive manufacturing operations. This entry-level, temporary-to-hire role offers a pathway to a direct hire based on performance and business needs.

You will assist with manufacturing, warehouse, and production tasks, follow work instructions, maintain safety, and support quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Local candidates preferred, with valid work authorization.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and follow detailed verbal instructions.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production, or automotive environments is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing, warehouse, and production operations at customer facilities.
• Move materials, products, and inventory as needed.
• Assemble, sort, inspect, and package parts using hand tools or fixtures.
• Read and follow work instructions and production specifications.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Follow all company policies, client requirements, and safety regulations.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
