MS Companies is seeking a motivated and dependable Contingent Employee to support operations within the fast-paced automotive manufacturing industry. This entry-level, temporary-to-hire role offers a pathway to long-term opportunities based on performance, attendance, and business needs.

Shifts run 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (potential to work until 6:30 PM), Monday–Thursday with weekend overtime. Responsibilities include assisting production, warehouse, and quality tasks, following work instructions, and

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing, warehouse, and production operations within customer facilities
• Assist with moving materials, products, and inventory throughout the worksite
• Assemble, sort, inspect, and/or package parts using hand tools, fixtures, or equipment as needed
• Read and follow work instructions, customer orders, and production specifications
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Maintain consistent attendance and arrive on time as scheduled
• Adhere to all company policies, client requirements, and safety regulations
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
