Job summary

MS Companies is seeking a motivated Contingent Employee to support operations in the automotive manufacturing environment. This entry-level, temporary-to-hire role offers a pathway to long-term opportunities based on performance and business needs.

You will assist production, quality, and warehouse teams, read work instructions, move materials, inspect parts, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Clear ability to understand and follow verbal instructions.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or automotive experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing, warehouse, and production operations within customer facilities.
• Assist with moving materials, products, and inventory throughout the worksite.
• Assemble, sort, inspect, and/or package parts using hand tools, fixtures, or equipment as needed.
• Read and follow work instructions, customer orders, and production specifications.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Maintain consistent attendance and arrive on time as scheduled.
• Adhere to all company policies, client requirements, and safety regulations.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
