You will support the Industrial Engineering organization by analyzing performance against daily schedules, learning production processes for correct sequencing, reducing safety and ergonomic issues, conducting root-cause analysis of defects, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related curriculum such as Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Economics.
• Experience with capacity planning, resource utilization, and lean process improvements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance against daily schedules or orders.
• Learn production processes to ensure correct sequencing and resource alignment.
• Identify safety and ergonomic issues and work to reduce them.
• Conduct root cause analysis of quality defects and recommend fixes.
• Propose process improvements that reduce non-value-added work for better cost and flow.
• Assist with disruption recovery plans using capacity analysis when needed.
