Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an Onsite Methods Process Analyst/Industrial contractor to support production stability in Everett, WA. You will analyze performance against schedules, learn processes, and identify safety, quality and efficiency improvements.

Candidates should have a business-focused bachelor’s degree and strong skills in time management, communication, and MS Office. Preference for lean experience and process improvement capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field such as Finance, Business Administration, Operations Management or Economics.
• Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance against daily schedules or orders.
• Learn production processes to ensure correct sequencing and resource alignment.
• Identify safety or ergonomic issues and work to reduce them.
• Analyze quality defects trends and recommend root-cause driven improvements.
• Suggest process improvements to reduce non-value added work and improve cost and flow.
• Develop disruption recovery plans using capacity and constraint analysis when needed.
• Support stabilization of current production while planning for future changes.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering and production-support teams as a self-starter and team player.
