Trophy Awards in Highland Heights, KY is seeking a Production Specialist to support the production team in daily fulfillment of awards orders. You will use our work order system, prepare materials, and coordinate with teammates to meet daily production targets.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, physically able to lift up to 30 lbs, comfortable with basic computer tasks, and eager to learn CorelDraw and other industry software.

Responsabilidades

• Set up Production Team daily using the work order system.
• Collaborate with teammates to determine daily production needs.
• Perform prep work (unboxing/boxing, cutting, taping, sublimating plates).
• Assist in assembling nametags, plaques, trophies, crystal, acrylic, and marble awards.
• Pull products from warehouse and stage pieces for personalization.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products.
• Operate industry equipment and use CorelDraw or related software.
• Maintain organized, clean Production spaces and support other tasks as needed.

Production Specialist

The Position:

The Production Specialist is responsible for setting the Production Team up to Pursue Excellence daily by using our work order system and Collaborating with other team members to understand what product needs to be prepared each day. This individual also Collaborates with other team members to understand where they can assist in the completion of orders within and outside of the Production Department.

Specifically, the Production Specialist Collaborates with team members to understand departmental needs to ensure Lean & Efficient operation by:

• Obtaining knowledge about company products and workplace safety guidelines


• Using a computer to navigate the work order system to assess inventory levels, print staging documents and artwork


• Completing prep work such as unboxing and boxing materials and products, building boxes, cutting metal, prepping boards, taping and sublimating plates, masking and taping crystal


• Assisting in the completion of orders which may include the general assembly of nametags, plaques, trophies, crystal, acrylic, and marble awards.


• Pulling product from the warehouse and staging pieces for personalization


• Performing quality assurance on finished product


• Operating industry specific equipment


• Utilizing CorelDraw and industry specific software (Training Provided)


• Maintaining organization and cleanliness in Production workspaces


• Other prep work and tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Production Specialists should hold a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

Production Specialists should possess a keen attention to detail with strong organizational and communication skills. They should be dexterous self-starters who possess the ability to problem solve and work Collaboratively in teams. The ability to stay on their feet for extended periods of time, basic computer skills, and the ability to move and lift objects up to 30lbs is required. Corel Draw or Graphic Design experience is a plus, but not required.
