Job summary

All Flex Solutions is seeking Production Specialists to join our Bloomington, MN sites. The roles include 1st, 2nd, 3rd and Weekend shifts with a $2,000 new hire bonus.

You will read route sheets, interpret blueprints, apply adhesives, and operate conveyors while ensuring IPC standards are met. We offer an hourly rate of $20–$25, annual bonus and profit sharing, plus medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k) with company match, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Printed circuit board manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be comfortable working with chemicals and fumes.
• Able to read, interpret and follow customer and IPC specifications.
• Able to sit or stand for long periods of time, repetitive movements with hands and occasional respirator usage.
• Able to do fine detail work with hands.
• Able to work overtime as needed to support business needs.
• Very strong attention to detail.
• Must be comfortable entering information to a computer.

We offer a competitive hourly rate in the $20 to $25 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus and profit-sharing opportunities tied to performance.
