Job summary

All Flex Solutions is seeking a Material Coordinator to read and prepare material per daily schedules in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will coordinate with teammates and managers to ensure timely readiness of materials and accurate data entry in the ERP system.

The role requires following route sheets, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in teams. A high school diploma or GED is required, with flexible hours and potential overtime.

Brief Description

The Material Coordinator will read, follow and sign route sheets and prepare material for manufacturing according to daily schedules. Completes work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other co-workers and managers.

Physical Requirements

• Personal protective equipment and or clean room attire must be worn if applicable
• Physical requirements include sitting for long periods of time, standing for long periods of time, repetitive hand movements
• May be required to lift 5-15 pounds on a repetitive or semi-repetitive basis or up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis
• Work environment may be subject to, but is not limited to chemicals, fumes, noxious odors or related items
• Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled facility

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 18 years old
• PCB manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Comfortable using large equipment
• Able to work flexible hours and overtime as needed to support business needs
• Must successfully complete on-the-job training and pass written and or demonstrated tests

We offer a competitive hourly rate in the $20 to $22 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus and profit-sharing opportunities tied to performance.
