Job summary

All Flex Solutions, based in Bloomington, MN, is seeking Production Specialists to join 2nd and 3rd shifts at the 1200 West 96th Street facility. The role focuses on PCB manufacturing, adhesives, and IPC-compliant inspections on a fast-paced line.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• PCB manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Must be comfortable working with chemicals and fumes.
• Able to read, interpret and follow IPC specifications.
• Able to sit or stand for long periods, repetitive hand movements and occasional respirator usage.
• Able to do fine detail work with hands.
• Able to work overtime as needed to support business needs.
• Very strong attention to detail.
• Must be comfortable entering information to a computer.

• Apply adhesives and sealants to parts using appropriate tools.
• Load panels through conveyor machine.
• Review and inspect work according to IPC standards.
• Move work orders with the Paradigm system.
• Participate in, implement, and create continuous improvement ideas.
• Eventually cross train to perform skills outside of initial area.
• Become a certified operator.
• Maintain cleanliness of specific area.
