Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand engineered drawings.
• Set up, calibrate, operate production equipment and prepare materials.
• Set up and operate cutting equipment and precision measuring tools.
• Ensure materials are used and handled properly.
• Measure, mark, and cut materials with precision.
• Ensure finished product meets quality standards and specifications.
• Keep track of supply inventory.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.
• Perform routine equipment checks and preventive maintenance.
• Assist in continuous improvement activities to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
