Blue Rhino is looking for a full-time Production Specialist to join our team! Our Production Specialists play a key role in our production process. They operate in a team-based environment to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in refilling, re-valving, requalifying, refurbishing, packaging, and storage of propane cylinders. Every cylinder is cleaned, leak-tested, inspected, and then delivered to tens of thousands of convenience stores nationwide.

• Work environment is outdoors with varying temperature conditions; previous experience in warehouse or manufacturing preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform washer functions: placing cylinders on conveyor belt, sorting, removing sleeves, peeling labels.
• Dispatch cylinders to paint, fill, or rework stations.
• Complete paint line operations: loading cylinders, applying paint, unloading.
• Operate shot blast, tare weight entry, capper, and stacker equipment.
• Check for leaks, weight issues, or sleeve malfunctions.
• Perform refurb operations as required.
• Stack finished products and check for quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Possess integrity and a good work ethic.
• Be punctual, dependable, and reliable.
• Able to work overtime if needed.
• Understand basic technical instructions, written and verbal.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or authorized to work in the U.S.
