Job summary

ADM Enderlin facility is seeking a Production Specialist to support grain and meal handling on rotating 12-hour shifts. The role requires alertness to safety, the ability to operate packing and labeling equipment, and teamwork to ensure efficient production in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in production or similar environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with grain and meal handling.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of equipment and building.
• Operate equipment and systems to weigh, bag, pack, label and store products.
• Communicate with team about operation, safety, and maintenance.
• Adhere to safety, quality and environmental procedures.
